There are regular life phases that help realign your compass with your real and true self …. often termed “mid-life crisis”.

Each ‘phase’ or ‘midlife crisis’ has specific themes:
– late 20’s: physical / material crisis (health, work, education and finances)
– 30-40: emotional crisis (feelings, self expression, integration of masculine/feminine)
– 42-45: crisis of consciousness (ego, unity, linear thinking, crisis in meaning)
– 50- 54: crisis of wounding (authenticity, purpose, how relate to self, others and world)
– 75-80: spiritual crisis (mystical, death and rebirth)

Today, we are all pioneers of a new age – a spiritual age – and we have not all been provided with the map to navigate it. Many things distract and lead us away from, rather than through these phases, as our focus needs to be inward, not outward.
We have been stuck in our heads and not been empowered in the utilising the powerful emotional and spiritual ways, which can truly guide us.

It is a process of unlearning, or waking up to, what has kept you from your natural aligned state – which knows your purpose and what is true and correct for you (and others and the planet).
